Ingredients
2 Sheets of Baiye Tofu
2 Green chili pepper
200g of Lean Meat
2 to 3 pieces of Sichuan Peppercorn
Preferred amount of garlic
Pinch of Salt
Moderate amount of Soy Sauce
Moderate amount of Chinese cooking wine
Moderate amount of corn flour
Moderate amount of chicken stock powder

干豆腐(豆腐皮)两张
尖椒两根
猪里脊肉200克
花椒两三粒
蒜两瓣
盐少许
酱油少许
料酒少许
鸡精少许
水淀粉适量
Stir Fry Baiye Tofu with Green Chili Pepper
尖椒干豆腐
Directions
- Slice the lean pork, and marinate it in soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, corn flour and vegetable oil.
- Slice green chilli pepper and Baiye Tofu into smaller pieces/strips, prepare the garlic
- Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Add garlic and Sichuan Peppercorn and stir-fry the lean meat until golden brown
- Add the Baiye Tofu, add 2 tablespoons of water and stew it for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add in the green chilli pepper, stir-fry on high heat, add salt, chicken stock powder and cornflour to thicken the gravy.
做法
- 猪里脊肉切薄片,加生抽、料酒、水淀粉、菜油腌腌制一会儿;
- 尖椒切滚刀块;干豆腐切菱形块、蒜切片;
- 锅中油热后,放入花椒、蒜片炒香,放入猪里脊肉炒至变色;
- 放入干豆腐翻炒均匀,加两勺水炖煮两三分钟至汤汁收干;
- 放入尖椒大火快速翻炒两分钟,加盐、鸡精调味,加水淀料勾芡即可。
